The Orion Township Youth Advisory Council (YAC) has been established to promote youth involvement in local government through active participation and mutual exchange of ideas and experience.

Members of the Youth Advisory Council:

• Attend and participate in monthly meetings
• Work on community-based projects with other YAC members
• Attend and participate in Township Board meetings on a rotating schedule
• Serve as Youth Ambassador to Orion Township
