Small Event Information

If you are planning an event for 250-1000 attendees, please submit the following information to the Orion Township Fire Department. This form is for informational purposes only for the Orion Township Fire Department. The information provided is to make the Orion Township Fire Department aware of an event to better allow for an emergency response if needed. 

Any event with over 1000 attendees, must complete a Special Event Application through the Building Department.
