Food Truck Inspection

1. Download and complete the Food Truck Inspection Application
2. Email the completed application as an attachment to Fire Administration
3. Once the completed application is received by the Orion Township Fire Prevention Division, you will be contacted to schedule the  inspection.
4. If you are not contacted within one (1) business day after submitting your application, please contact our offices to ensure that your application was received. 248-391-0304 ext. 2000

All Inspections will be performed at Fire Station 3, 3365 Gregory Rd. Lake Orion.
Inspections are scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am-4pm.
